Crevar's Corner

This on-line class is offered by Central High School. Students with Computer Applications as a prerequisite are eligible to take this course. The course will consist of web design basics: using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), working with links and graphics, FTP procedures, studying the current industry standards for layout and design principles, using a web-authoring tool, developing a web presence, designing for others. Students will utilize Internet search techniques, correspond by e-mail and participate in discussion groups. Work at your own pace keeping the suggested course sequence in mind. Demonstrate what you have learned by turning assignments in electronically - no written test. However, active and consistent participation are a must to be successful. Parental permission is required for internet use at CHS.
